Registration ID Requirements

SF Express works very diligently with China Customs.  When sending packages to China, it is required that the RECEIVER of the shipment submit their registration ID to SF Express.  This must be done for each package sent to China.  For instructions on how to do this, please click here.

Delivers to China in 7~10 Days

SF Express is committed to delivering packages with speed.  Most packages take around 7 to 10 days from leaving our store to being delivered in China.  SF Express is able to take advantage of their extensive network in Asia to deliver packages.

Insured up to $100

All packages are insured the value that you declare on your shipment, up to $100 at no extra charge. Should a package be damaged or lost, you are covered.

Duty Charges

China Customs will inspect nearly all packages being shipping to China via SF Express.  Most packages will have a customs tax levied.  Tax rates vary depending on the items.  China customs will check the value of the item (non discounted price) and apply a tax charge on the items.  If the total tax due is under (Approximately) $7.50 US dollars then the tax is waived.  If tax is owed, the RECEIVER of the package must pay this tax in order to clear customs and receive their package.

SF Express Pricing is as follows:

Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao is $6.00 per pound with a 2 lb minimum per package.

Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia is $8.00 per pound with a 2 lb minimum per package.
